Co-owner and Senior Partner.
Center helps organizations create and sustain high performance organizations through consulting, training, and assessment services. Provide integrated solutions which enables organizations to develop their leaders, clarify their business strategy, streamline their design (processes, systems, structure), and create a culture in which employees feel and act like partners in the business.
KeyTronic, Inc., 1990-1991.
Director of Human Resources.
Initiated a corporate training strategy. Formed cross-functional customer service team that improved workflow throughout company. Developed and taught 6-day program to all managers and supervisors on leadership. Managed HR staff of 13 people and changed focus of department from administrative to strategic. Reduced corporate turnover by 21%.
Human Development Institute, Inc., 1980-1990.
President.
Provided training and consulting to businesses in leadership, communication, and building trust. Created and taught experiential programs in personal empowerment and interpersonal relationships which have been taught in several cities hundreds of times. Managed team of 12 professionals as well as extensive volunteer network.
Recent Consulting Projects
Ongoing executive team development with Denver Museum of Natural History. Redesigned manufacturing sites and implemented HP teams in several Coach Leatherware facilities. Conducted strategic planning, organizational assessment, and redesign of billion dollar business within Ashland Chemical. Redesigned AT&T Credit Corporation. Redesigned interface between Research and Manufacturing divisions of Merck Pharmaceuticals. Trained and supported U.S. Forest Service in redesign of 19 forests in California.

Preston C. Pond
Preston has 20 years of organization design experience with Fortune 500 companies. He has spearheaded major change projects in a variety of industries, at plant, division, and corporate levels, in both white collar and union settings. His background is in English and Organizational Behavior, with strong international experience. He can work in English, Spanish, and Japanese. He has strong presentation skills and can establish rapport with executives, managers, and workers alike.

Implemented organization design and team development strategies at all organization levels. Instrumental in the collaborative redesign of traditional union organizations and a variety of corporate professional groups.
Clark Equipment Company, 1983-85.
Director of Organizational Development.
Spearheaded socio-technical systems redesign efforts in union and non-union settings. Managed redesign merger with another company, cross-functional business teams, and development of human resources systems at plant, division and corporate levels.
Procter & Gamble, 1979-1983.
Organization Development/Employee Relations Manager.
Involved in new plant startups, human resources systems development, and work redesign efforts in the U.S., Japan, and Mexico.
